Explanation:
The normal twitch player seems to have massive issues even without extensions enabled, i figured all it could be is the player itself.
And well, thankfully i was right.
I noticed it when i nuked the Twitch tab while the stutters / bad frametimes were happening.
This doesnt really hinder your twitch experience at all, so its a good trade until they get their shit together.
