Here i measured the performance difference of all typical Windows versions including the latest 25h2.
To my surprise 25h2 is actually the best performing (by far!)
Note that all of these benches were on my settings, not stock.

Who knows what exactly Microsoft has done but i am impressed
25h2 is ahead by 15.4-19.5%!
Just make sure to use debloat scripts before installing to keep the unwanted things where they belong, in the trash.
